This douchebag rocked up at the pool at the Memoire d'Angkor and ordered his two 'staff' to move tables and chairs around. Then he ponced about with two phones in the pool.  Then he went to the gym and brought back some dumbbells and proceeded to do reps poolside. But my main reason for taking the photo was his resemblance to Toshiyuki Nishida aka Pigsy from Monkey (Journey to the West)
